I am a Licensed, Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist and treat both horses and people.
Elite athletes everywhere, including the horse world, rely on Massage Therapy
to help them reach their goals, to bounce back from strenuous workouts and to recover from injury.
I've been blessed with the knowledge and experience that comes with being a horse owner for over 35 years and have worked as an Equine Veterinary Technician assisting some of the best Sports Medicine Vets in the country. Massage can help horses with a wide range of issues...a few of which include injury recovery, laminitis, saddle fit issues, improper training and recovery from a strenuous competive career.
I begain my practice in 1998. On numerous occasions over the years my clients have told me that one thing they truly value about my practice is that I continually strive to stay up to date with modern Sports Medicine. I’ve traveled throughout the country to study with Veterinarians, Sports Medicine Practitioners, Trainers and other Medical Professionals who are sharing the latest research and recommendations for ensuring that you and your horse can continue competing while staying healthy.
I was fortunate to be a member of the 2013 Wellness Team for the U.S. Open Golf Championships. I whole heartedly welcome clients from any sporting discipline as well as clients who recovering from injury or simply maintaining good healthcare.
